Our mission is to empower youth and teens in Georgia by promoting mental health awareness, ensuring access to nutritious foods, encouraging daily physical activity, and educating them on the dangers of substance abuse. We strive to create safe, supportive environments where young people can develop lifelong healthy habits, enabling them to lead active, fulfilling lives.

What are The Four Pillars?

We believe that the four most important aspects of our health include our mental health, our nutrition intake, daily physical activity & exercise, and finally, the avoidance of substance abuse. Our lives can excel in one pillar more than another, but it is crucial to recognize the importance of all pillars and their effects on our bodies.
